Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using ShotSweep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

ShotSweep is a screenshot management application that helps you organize, categorize, and clean up screenshots on your iOS device. The app uses on-device text recognition to automatically categorize your screenshots.

Subscription Plans

ShotSweep offers both free and premium (Pro) features:

• Free Plan: Limited to 5 screenshot deletions per week
• Pro Weekly: $1.99/week - Unlimited deletions and all features
• Pro Yearly: $19.99/year - Unlimited deletions and all features

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of any important screenshots before deletion
• Ensuring you have the right to delete the content you choose to remove
• Using the app in compliance with all applicable laws

Disclaimer

ShotSweep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any data loss resulting from the use of the app
• Incorrect categorization of screenshots
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
